Hi, On my account i use my wife,s debit card, would this make the refund complicated. My wife bought an item on line and the payment went through my pay pal account as she used her card associated with the account. The item was returned and she is still waiting for the refund. Could the fact pay pal is in my name that the refund is not excepted.
Generally, there are not many issues with refunds being sent to a card as it is sent back to the card number that was used. Most card issuers add refunds on within a few days however some card issuers can take up to 30 days to process and add a refund on. If some time has passed and your wife is still not seeing the refund on her account I would recommend to get her to call her bank to see whats happening, It could just be that their refund timeframe is a little longer than other banks.
