Hello!bought an item on ebay on the 8 of august was waiting for delivery date on the 30th of august seller deliver item but its was in terrible condition but i was buying new item! I open case 11 days ago and its was straight away escalated as i phone paypal line and ask where i need to escalate they said i dont need to and after 11th days the case wll be on my faivour and they gonna start full refound procedure but nothing happening as i check today .So what shul i do???
