yesterday I ordered online and than I cancelled my order.I got an email from them where they said that your order has been cancelled and that your credit card has not been charged.But then i look at my at my payment status and it says pending.
When you pay a company rather than an ebay seller or individual it is always pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If not captured the pending status bugs out at 30 days.
If the payment shows as having left your credit card then contact your card company and ask them to release the pending funds back to your card as they won't be needed.
