no refund after sending item back as requested?

After disputing a claim etc paypal said to send product back and enter tracking info. after parcel was recieved by said person i am still waiting on a refund from paypal or seller? any idea whats going on? why have i not yet been refunded?

Hi Ginger0301,

 

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

 

When you open a dispute on PayPal we will place the funds on hold pending a full review. If you have been asked to post the item back to the seller and provide the tracking information on the claim then it is up to PayPal to confirm the item has been delivered and issue a refund to you.
