Hi I requested a refund from an eBay seller and they said the cant find the transaction on paypal it was only 10 days ago. They have asked for my email address or my mobile number is it OK to give this info?

If the payment was sent only 10 days ago, the seller should still see the option to refund it. You could provide your email address and then they can send you the money as a payment. However, a receiving fee may be applied and you wouldn’t receive the full amount you originally sent.
If the seller is having issues to locate the transaction, the best thing is that they contact us so that we can help them. They can reach out to us via the Contact Us option in their PayPal account or via Facebook https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK or Twitter: @AskPayPal.
