how can i cancel a payment.

i bought an item and paid via paypal today,the seller then said the item wasnt available any more and she would instantly refund me,as to yet she hasnt,how can i cancel my payment?.can any one help please..

You can't the seller has to refund.

Are you sure the refund is not showing in your list of transactions in your paypal overview ?

Because if you funded the original payment with a debit or c.c. then the refund will go back to your card but take about a week to show up.

If it defo is not showing in your paypal overview as a refund then contact the seller again and if no joy file for item not received via the resolution tab in your paypal account > put in what has happened and escalate the dispute to a claim.
