escalate immediatley

Hello - I have been promised a refund for two weeks and its still not come so I wanted to open a dispute and escalate it at the same time.

 

Everytime I try to escalate - it says action not valid - I am completing all the fields and have tried every drop down option there is, but it still says action not valid and will not let me escalate this dispute.

 

Is it because I only opended the case yesterday ? I dont need to wait for the seller as Im in contact with her and she repeatedly comes up with different excuses why her bank have refused the refund via paypal.

 

I dont want to wait any longer - I think I have left it to long as it is - well over 2 weeks.

Hi surfergirl

 

You cant open a dispute and escalate at the same time, this is because it gives time for both parties to respond

You will be informed by ppal when you can escalate it
