e cheque

recently bought new i pad off ebay but it paid by echeque, funds are in bank/paypal to cover easily, seller has cancelled order but e cheque still showing as pending, i want to cancel and pay by instant payment (bank account verified)

An echeque is normally generated if you don't have a back up card linked to your paypal account OR that card has expired and needs updating.

Only a seller can cancel a pending echeque BUT if it was an ebay order they are not allowed to refuse echeques.

If they cancel it then it still has to clear through to paypal > then if its been cancelled / refunded paypal will credit it to your paypal balance.

ok ill have to get him to cancel it,ive always just had it linked to bank account as dont do credit/debit cards !
