confirmation e-mail

I have been given a refund, however Paypal wont let me accept the money because I haven't verified my e-mail address. It says that an e-mail has been sent to me, but it has said this for 3 days and i still haven't received any e-mail with the link to confirm it. How long does this take? Thanks

Have you checked your junk folder to make sure its not gone in there?

I have not recieved the address confirmation email, not even in the spam folder, although i did recieve the email allowing me to change my password and the email that confirmed that it had been changed, any ideas please
