Hi. I cant refund a payment to buyer from limited account. there isnt option for issue refund. I spoke with customer service and they said that need to write request. Already wrote about 10 request, still no answer... What I need to do? thanks.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
