automated payments

Hi there,

I am very pleased with paypal that they have refunded a payment taken for anti virus protection that I haven't received this last December. I've cancelled the repeat.  I managed to find the original email telling me that my anti virus would only last for a year. Since then I have never had an email to give me a reminder that money was going to be taken nor a code to put into my laptop to run the anti virus. So I looked back at my paypal account and find that this has been happening since 2010! Help?

Looking on line...this firm has given many people the same problem. Is it a scam?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.
