Please can someone help, I have been trying to give a buyer a refund but everytime I click submit it then tells me can't refund due to tech issue, this has been going on for 6 days now.
I have emailed PP twice and still not got an answer and I have the buyer emailing me asking for their money back (which I can't blame them)

It sounds like we might need to manually refund the payment for you in this case. If you haven't managed to get in touch with anybody by email, you may want to consider contacting us by phone at 0800 358 7911.
