Hello,
I sent some items back to a clothing retailer as they were unsuitable. I got an email from PayPal on the 03/12/17 to say that the refunds have been processed. Also on my PayPal activity it states that I have recieved a refund (with the green plus sign). I paid for these items through my bank account, not my card. I've waited a week now there has been nothing added to my PayPal balance.
This is the first time I've experienced this issue.
I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks

After some investigating I realised that a purchase I made not long after the refund was issued was automatically paid for with my PAYPAL balance.
