What can I do in a dispute to get my refund?

Hi, I am still waiting on a refund from a dispute. The seller has said they have contacted PayPal via email but they really need to phone them, as what they have told me they have no option to refund me. Is there anything I can do as a buyer to ensure I get my refund?

Have you escalated the dispute to a claim? You only have up to 20 days to do so from when you opened the dispute and if you do not it will time out.

I have not yet. The seller has told me that they will phone PayPal on Wednesday. But if nothing come from it I will have to escilate it on Thursday as Friday is the cut off.
