I was trying to update Fishdom on the App Store when it as for verification with my billing information. So I connected it to my PayPal and 99p has come out of my bank, even though the update and the app is free. Anyone know why? And how I can get this money back?

It could be that they were just checking to see if the billing information was correct with this small payment. It could also be that a billing agreement was set up. I would advise to reach out to Fishdom to ask them for more information. It always good to double check if there are any billing agreements or subscription active in your PayPal account.
