I have a USD bank account and would like to transfer funds in the same currency. I also added my USD account in one of the banks and cards I listed to my Paypal. Are funds from Paypal once transferred sticks to the currency of your bank account by default?

I am very sorry to inform you that you can only withdraw money in your local currency. Even if you have added the USD balance and a USD bank account we do not offer this option at the moment, sorry.
So, if you live in Europe and you really need US dollars first paypal coverts for you in euros (3.4%), after, your bank also converts for you (2.6%) and you will recive your dollars minus (6%). Cheap
