Status: pending order canceled

Hi,

I recently tried to order something from the microsoft store, but there was a problem with the authentication, and my order was canceled.

However in paypal the state of the order is "pending".

When will this change to canceled, and will my bank be charged in the meantime?

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is always pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.

So i will not be charged until the order is processed, in my case never because it canceled?

Hi Coolking.

If the order is not processed and the payment is not processed, the transaction will automatically show as expired after 30 calendar days and you will not be charged.
