So I sent a payment and input an invalid email. I caught it right away and cancelled the payment, and resent the payment to the correct address. Both payments were removed from my bank account. The cancelled one is pending a refund, but its been 5 days, how long will it be before I get my money back?
It sounds like you used your bank acocunt to make the payments. These payments from your bank account take a few days to complete. Once the payment completes the refund will appear in your PayPal balance.
