Hello,

I bought a DLC for a game today from a guy and sent him the payment, but now he said he won't give me the dlc and blocked me on where we talked.

Any chance to cancel or get a refund of that payment? 😞

You can file a dispute for non receipt of item AND have buyer protection as long as you paid  >>

1. Send money > goods / services.

2. Paid a money request.

3. Paid an invoice.

You cannot file a dispute and have NO buyer protection if you paid >>

1. Send money > friends / family. BUT if you funded your paypal account payment via a credit card then you can contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
