How long a refund takes depends on how you made the payment originally.
When you pay with your balance the refund goes immediately back to the balance and is available to you there.
If you pay with a bank account the refund also goes back to your balance but depending on when you made the payment the refund could be held. It takes 5-7 working days for us to receive money from your bank when you pay so as long as you are refunded after that time you will get the money right away.
If you paid with a card the refund goes back to your card. You should see the transaction marked as completed on your account but it takes a few days to arrive on the card.
