Refunding problem

Ok, so recently, I sold an item. Later buyer wanted a refund. We agreed on a partial refunding and  they didn't need to return the item.

However, I don't know how to partially refund buyer. I have the option to refund other transactions but not on this one.

There is simply no option to refund this transaction, at all.

PLEASE HELP.
