Partial refund sent to wrong person, as I was doing it in a hurry. Thought Pay Pal would be able to put a hold on the payment, but, have been informed this is not the case. Any ideas how I can get my money back. Only a small sum, but with all the fees you pay out could do with a little help. Lesson learned I suppose.
