Refund

I have had an email from Boohoo saying that my refund was credited to my Paypal account on 10th June however I can see no trace of it anywhere. I have recently cancelled my card due to losing it however there is no record of it anywhere. I have messaged paypal and have not heard anything from them.

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your credit card so you need to contact your card issuer to see where your refund has gone.

I've got the same problem !! I returned items to boohoo and they took 4 weeks to refund back into my PayPal now my pal pay is saying refund complete but it's nowhere to be found
