I purchased an item today using "Buy It Now". For some inexplicable reason, Paypal stopped the payment. The seller (still charged by paypal) refunded my money. I tried to retrieve my refunded money and now Paypal are holding onto it. I am spitting blood and feathers now. HOW THE HELL CAN PAYPAL GET AWAY WITH THIS??????

If the seller refunded your money then he must have received the payment so how come paypal stopped it if he received and refunded it???
