Refund was completed but funds not available

Hi,

I received a refund for a returned item, I had purchased via paypal.

I can see the balance as green in my account, so the refund has been made, however, I cannot withdraw it as it is not available to withdraw.

Can anyone help?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!

When a refund has been issued, the money will go back to the original funding source. If you paid with a card, the funds will be reversed to the same credit or debit card. In this case, it usually takes 5-7 working days, but it may take up to 30 days for the money to show on your funding source. If the payment was originally funded from your PayPal balance or your bank account, the money will be refunded to your PayPal balance. 

If your refund is pending it might be because banking delays are holding up the refund. Banking delays can sometimes delay refunds by up to 5 working days. You can find more information here.
