Refund issues

Dear community,

After an eBay purchase, I ended being refunded to my PayPal account. Although eBay confirmed the refund would be the total amount paid, I received an e-mail from PayPal mentioning a completely different value. Does anyone know how to proceed on adverting PayPal on that?
