Refund, help, new bank details

Hi, 

I received a refund on paypal on the 6th april but it hasnt shown in my paypal balance and nor in my bank, but just before this i got a new bank card, the sort code and account number has stayed the same but the long number across has changed and the 3 numbers on the back, am going to receive my refund?

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

Due to banking regulations refunds must be processed back to the original funding source used to make the payment. If you made this payment using your debit/credit card and your card was replaced before the refund was processed your bank would need to allocate the refund to your new card. Please contact your bank and advise them you are expecting a refund of X amount to your old card, once they can see this pending refund on your account they can allocate it to your new card details.
