Refund from online game query

Hi, Iv played a online game for around 2 years now..all of a sudden there closing lots of servers down meaning players are losing accounts they have spent money on..i have heard i can get a refund because there just shutting them down. is this true? i have all the reciepts still.

Hey there,

As these would be payments for virtual items they would not be covered thorugh payPal.

I would get in touch with the merchant and see what their position is.
