Hi, I purchased an item off ebay that that not as described. Seller agreed to refund through ebay. I asked for their postal details and posted item back by insured next day delivery. I have checked the tracking om Royal Mail and it states that unable to deliver and are holding item until seller collects. I have contacted seller twice and no reply, it has been a week and item still at Royal Mail. Royal Mail will hold for 18 days. Should I wait or get PayPal involved? Thanks.

Personally with a seller like that i would open a dispute for ''item received but not as described'' > put in ALL the information including the tracking number AND the fact that the seller has failed to collect it and then escalate to a claim for paypal to review.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
