Refund Confusion

Hi. I issued a refund to someonen but the refund isn't showing up in my account activity. I can see her order, but I don't see anything at all about a refund.
My question is, could it be a computer glitch and the refund didn't go through or is it just a matter of waiting?

Welcome to the Community Forum! If you issued a refund, it should show in the transaction details on your account. I'd recommend going to your account, clicking on 'History' and then using the filter options for the transaction date. After you click on 'Show', all of your recent transactions within that date range will show. When you click on the relevant payment, it should show you its status. If you're still not sure, contact Customer Support so we can take a closer look for you 🙂
