So recently i changed my debit card as i lost my old one. the next the i go to chargeback something from where i got scammed on a game. I am scared that the money of refunded will be sent to my old bank card number. Will this happen and if so how can i change to it make sure the money is reissued to my new card.
Thank you for posting in our Community, I am sorry to see that you did not receive a reply. If you used the 'old' card the refund will indeed go to that old card but the credit card company will add this to your new card. We are not able to send the money to any other source but everything will sort itself out with the new card. You can also contact your card issuer if you have any questions they can help you further :).
