Red -(minus) symbol next to the transaction

A customer had made a payment to my paypal account, it shows that the payment has landed to my PayPal account but it has still not reflected in my bank account. when I checked my PayPal account I see a red color -(MINUS) symbol next to it, what does it mean.

A buyer pays to your paypal account balance > you then have to click on withdraw funds to transfer to your bank account.
