Recall Payment

I recently made an additional payment to a seller as their was an additional carriage charge. I done this by paying it to their email address as the original purchase was already complete. They said they did not receive they did not receive the additional payment and then sent me an invoice which I was able to click on an pay the additional charge with no problem. How do I recall the money they said they never got? I have no reason to believe that they are not genuine. Any help appreciated. Regards, BigMing78

You can try this:

 

  1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
  2. Click ‘History’ near the top of the page.
  3. Click ‘Cancel’ under ‘Order status/Actions’ next to your unclaimed transaction.
  4. Click ‘Cancel Payment.’

Hi there - how do I recall a payment fast. I cannot access order/status - there is no opprotunity for this.

i have sent a payment ,,, payment status is completed,, there is no cancel button under "order status/action" what should i do?

You can only cancel a payment that is unclaimed.

 

If it is marked as completed you can't cancel it.
