I am having a problem with a company called Lynda Educational services based headquartered in America.They took money from my account through my paypal account, because I had a made a free trial registration on their website.Now they are refusing to pay back that money despite them agreeing that they will pay it back.I am now accruing daily penalty charges from my bank, because when they made the withdrawal it was an unauthorised overdraft.There was no money in my account.What steps should I take to make sure they pay back this money?
