Purchase gone wrong

Hello. My name is Jack, and I am a keyboard enthusiast!!

 

I bought two keyboard components recently from a company called KPRepublic.

 

I then decided i didn't want the said items, and i asked them to cancel both orders.

I then get an email the next day saying that one of the items has been dispatched.

 

As you can imagine, I am not very happy.

 

I got a refund for one of the items, but I am still at a deficit of around 30£.

 

I have sent repeated emails, which they are ignoring.

 

What can I do about it? I have proof (the emails which I sent) of me asking to cancel the said purchase.

 

Please help if you can.
