Hi i recently was sent 37 dollars into my account by a friend and tried to send this via friends and family around 30 minutest later and it says that my payment to him is pending and I don't know why I've tried to cancel it and so has he but there's no option for me to cancel it and he to claim it what do I do to get the money back
