I bought in December, in Geekbuying, two smartphones, two My Band, and a one phone case. I have only received one smartphone, and one My band. In total, Geebuying owes me 202 pounds and they do not return my money, they do not answer me, nothing at all. I have sent them emails, with photos of what I have received, I have claimed my money every day and nobody answers me ... Please I do not know what to do to get my money back, it's a lot of money for me and nobody helps me ... please I need help, I do not know what else to do, I'm desperate. Please help me. Thank you in advance Roberto

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?

You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website

By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. We'll review the claim and decide on reimbursement.

These steps apply to UK Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.

To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2.Near the bottom of the page, under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre.
3.Click Dispute a Transaction.
4.Select the button beside the transaction you want to dispute, then click Continue.
5.Select ‘Item dispute’, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.

If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.

Hello Kevnowlass

First thank you for your answer, and help ... really thank you, Kevnowlass.
But for more than I tried, (and believe me I've tried it many times), I have not seen, I have not found "Click Dispute a Transaction." The only thing I see is "Report a problem" ... I am sorry I am not able to do all the steps that you indicate and as the only option I have decided to claim as an unauthorized transaction, (explaining my problem).
Also I have seen that a claim that I opened in the month of December, (about my problem with Geekbuying), has been closed automatically, believe me I have not done anything, appears as closed.
I'm really desperate because it's a lot of money, I've been robbed, and I do not get, having paid through Paypal, (which is supposed to be the safest), to get my 202 pounds back, out of the 360 pounds I paid.
I do not know what to do.

1. Why did you not click report a problem then? The wording is different in other countries but its the same procedure.

2. Don't claim unauthorised transaction because by doing so you are telling paypal that your paypal account has been hacked and used without your consent, if paypal see that it hasn't been then it will be closed.

3. If you open a dispute you HAVE to escalate to a claim within 20 days or it will time out and close automatically.
