Hello to everyone in the community! So today I made a transaction through Paypal to top-up some shells for Garena, I received an email that said that my transaction would be processed by a merchant but then what happened was that my transaction got cancelled despite me never making a cancellation. Previously I have already made transactions through Paypal and they went smoothly and the shells were top-up'd instantly. I would just like to know how I could resolve this issue because money was still charged to my bank account but I never got my shells, so this is rather concerning.

If a payment was sent to a merchant and it is showing as canceled on PayPal, this may have been done by the merchant themselves. I would advise you to reach out to your merchant directly and query this with them. They can check this out for you and help you with finding out what happened here.
