Hi, I'm a new seller and for my first transaction, I sold a phone for parts. Everything went smoothly, the buyer payed the $25 he was supposed to and I sent the item. A couple of days later I get the message saying: "This order was not successful. Payment for this order has failed". And another message saying 'You refunded the buyer'. I sent the buyer a payment reminder and now 4 days later I'm here. I did sell a game controller a couple of days after the phone was sold and that transaction went really smoothly. I recieved my money and answered any questions the buyer (different buyer) asked. But, my very first transaction is what's bothering me. Since, I am a new seller, Paypal said I had to wait 21 days. I've waited paitently and now I have these problems. What should I do? How can I get my $25?!
