I sent my friend over money using the PayPal app and used her phone number which was linked to her PayPal acct and thought numbers where also linked to gmail so I thought it would be a win-win but no. The payment was pending for an hour so after that I cancelled it since the money went nowhere but out my bank acct and got a refund and said it was completed and would be in my bank acct. Well shouldn't it already be there it's been over an hour and half and still as instant as it takes it out it can't issue a or don't refund that didn't even get received??? I had to send a second payment this was a loss-loss situation for me. It's unclear where the money went at all it was pending before now it is refunded but to where? I have no credits to my PayPal or chase bank acct! How long would this actually take??? They say 3-5 days but the money went nowhere it shouldn't take that long right?
