I am trying to buy goods from a company in Germany who require to have the money prepaid into an account before they send the goods.
Using Google to translate it looks as though they have a PayPal account, I have emailed the Company mentioning that I have a PayPal account and would prefer to use it for the transaction, I have had a reply saying that the amount must be prepaid into the Bank whose details they provided.
Has anybody encountered this ?

Paying directly into a bank account in the european mainland is much more common over there than over here.
That is why a lot of there sellers do not accept paypal.
If you trust the seller/site you are buying from its easily done.
But you won't have the same protection you have on paypal.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
