The seller says he needs my paypal ID to give me a refund to my paypal account. In the original transaction I made payment using Paisapal. I thought you should never have to give out your Paypal ID, as this can lead to scamming, theft etc. This is correct no? I'm thinking of raising a claim with Paisapal if this is not resolved shortly.
