I purchased a set of Bonsai plastic training pots from The Bonsai Store and paypal put the transaction through and sent me an E mail to confirm this was nearly a week ago,the problem is the store has not claimed the money and I can find no way to contact them, although I have tried E malis but with no answers. I dont want to order from another firm and find i have to pay for 2 lots.
Can anyone help ?

Do you mean its pending??
If so then its always pending when you pay a company until they process your order and collect the payment.
I would contact the company and see what the problem is.
If it remains as pending then it will "bug out" at 30 days.
Advice is voluntary.
