I recieved a payment for a iem i sold but someone accessed my account and refuned it bk to them even thou they have the item i sold i cant get them to send it bk to me how can i get it back

If you noticed unauthorised PayPal account activity, let us know right away in the Resolution Centre:

1. Under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in the Resolution Centre.
2. Click Dispute a Transaction.
3. Select Unauthorised transaction and click Continue.
4. Follow the steps to report the transaction.
