Hi, last week I booked a flight with Monarch airlines to the value of £91. Since then, the company have gone into administration and all flights have been cancelled. Does anyone know whether I am able to make a claim as I paid through PayPal? Thanks, Leigh

i'm currently out of the uk and it's not practical. i do not see why their system says i have logged a resolution..
if i was cynical i would say they have done this on purpose.
also the main paypal page has info for monarch customers which advises people to log a resolution by clicking on a link..
which takes you to the same page for logging a resolution!
