Minus balance!!!

I have two accounts one for me and one for a friend, i sent money too him too buy me something now he has a minus balance and i have too provide ID and stuff? Whats going on someone help pls

If both counts are of the same type and in your name then that is breaking paypal rules and can lead to both being limited.

You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if one is personal and the other one is business.
