MONARCH - anybody actually had a refund from Paypal yet?

NO im on day 10 since  Paypal started a dispute & still no refund, The dispute is still marked as under reveiw

A word of caution too. Don't make any payments more than 180 before you file a problem. 

I paid for my Monarch flight back in March to get a good deal. Then when Monarch went bust I filed a problem with Paypal, only for them to close it because it was "more tham 180 days" since payment. So it looks like I'm getting nothing back.

I was told when i made the original dispute on 2nd Octobet that if Paypal heard anything form the Monarch by the 12th Oct i would get a refund but that has passed & still no refund !!
