Hello,
I bought a Stone Roses ticket from Stub Hub using my PayPal account a couple of weeks ago.
It was despatched via the courier UPS, upon tracking the ticket I am informed that it was left in a secure location.
I live in a block of apartments and was in on the day the delivery was supposedly made.
There is no access to the building unless the tenant lets you in via the intercom and there is no secure place that the ticket could have been left in.
The concert has now been and gone, I spent £95 on the ticket and am a full time student, this is an awful lot of money for me to spend, do I have any rights with regards to this.
