Instore Refund

I ordered items online from M & Co and used PayPal.  I took some of the items back to my local store yesterday but they could only process the items if I had the PayPal app. No problem I said I have it.  Opened app and tried to follow their instructions which were go to Home screen and then click on M & Co and click refund.  I couldn't even se anything like that on the app.

I admitted defeat after pressing every button on phone so had to walk away with said items and will have to pack them up and go queue in the Post Office (oh joy)

Any one know how to do this for future use

Oh no! To avoid a similar inconvenience in future I advise you to open a dispute case from a PC so your seller can issue a refund through our claim process. Here is how to do that: http://ow.ly/OdBDH.
I am afraid you can’t open a dispute from the PayPal app yet.
