I have to refund money I never received!

Hello people,

I have a problem.

I sold a phone for 750 euros to someone in the US (I live in The Netherlands), and he paid me through Paypal.

I had to send paypal the Track and Trace code .

Paypal said that they would credit my account with the money once the package arrived.

The buyer needed a phone for his son, so I told him I would sell him one for 400 euros.

The buyer however thought we already had a deal and he transferred the 400 euros much too soon.

We came to the agreement that he apperently did not want the phone, so he asked Paypal for a refund of the 400 euros.

Then Paypal emails me telling me that I must refund 400 euros and then I will receive 1150 euros. So I think they added the two payments.

At the moment the first package has arrived, and I did not get 750 euros. 

The buyer cannot take back the request for the refund.

I cannot pay the refund because I am not a very wealthy man and I simply don't have 400 euros.

I tried to borrow money but no one wants to give it to me.

I have sent angry emails to Paypal but they are very very stubborn.

I don't think those emails were from paypal, I think you have been scammed.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.

Paypal do not tell you to send trackable, they advise it for selling protection but it is not compulsory.

Paypal NEVER tells you to refund money you have not recieved.

I thought so too. But they do use the right email addresses: Service @ paypal . com And Pays . ervice @ accountant . com If I am totally wrong with the email addresses. Please tell me.

Second one is a joke.

First one is made to look like paypal but the email addy has a capital S.

Even if it was correct they can still make it look as if it comes from paypal.

I am sorry, Service should be without capital letter --> service
But if the second one is a joke, can you tell me what it should be. For further payments

It doesn't matter what email was used it was a spoof.

Did you read my first post when i said what paypal NEVER did?
